The Lake Charles Event Center is a cashless venue.

The cash-free model allows the arena to operate more efficiently by removing cash handling duties and speeding up transaction times. This reduces long lines and gets arena guests back to the action faster while providing our service teams the opportunity to focus more on the guest experience.

Digital payments are faster, safer and easier. All major digital forms of payment are accepted, including Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Cash payments will not be accepted
 

For the safety and security of all guests, the venue enforces a clear bag policy during all events. Approved bags must be clear and may not exceed 12” x 12” x 6” in size. Small personal bags and clutches measuring 5” x 7” or smaller are permitted and do not need to be transparent.

Guests with diaper bags or medically necessary bags are strongly encouraged to use clear bags whenever possible to help avoid potential entry delays. Non-clear diaper and medical bags may be permitted following proper security screening and inspection upon entry.

This policy helps expedite entry and security screening while creating a safer, more efficient experience for all attendees.

Lake Charles Event Center supports a safe and friendly environment. The following items are strictly prohibited:

• Coolers, ice chests, bottles, cans, cups (or any kind of container)
• Backpacks/ Duffle Bags
• Strollers, Car Seats, Baby Carriers, etc.
• Outside food and beverage
• Laser pointers and Noisemakers including but not limited to Cowbells
• Balloons
• Smartphone Battery Packs
• Pets of any variety (except for certified service animals)
• Weapons of any kind - including pocket knives, multi-function tools, mace, and any items deemed inappropriate (no return of any confiscated weapons)
